*Job description**Start Date: August 2025**Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm (17.5 hours per week)**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Candidates must be able to resolve conflict with children, and possess the ability to be firm but friendly* Provide constant guidance, redirection, and adhere to and enforce discipline policies of the school* Maintain a positive & safe environment for students.* Keep track of attendance records daily, incident reports, and referrals for discipline.* Create activities to do during game time.* Willing to work Part time* Follow directions and abide by your schedule* Maintain classroom management* Strong organizational skills* Ability to manage Mandatory schedules (which will be provided)* Ability to manage multiple tasks* must be willing to work with all age groups.* *Engage with students** *Assists students with homework.** *Passes out snacks.*Minimum Qualifications* Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or higher* Can pass fingerprints and background check.* Experience with children (Day care assistant or Camp Counselor) preferred but not requiredRCSA is an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
