Assemble and test ensures that product meets the performance specifications. Our products are small precision assemblies (1-3 inch long).Micro-finishing ensures that our aerospace products are free of foreign objects, burrs, and undesired blemishes that might be present from previous manufacturing processes.*Skills** Ability to follow defined written and verbal instructions supplemented by engineering drawings (On the Job Training provided for early career applicants)* Ability to use a speed lathe, fiber deburring sticks, a microscope, and other special purpose hand-held tools.* High school diploma or equivalentExperience is preferred but *not* *mandatory *Flex shift opportunities (shift premium).
