Members of all ages and skill levels can visit Ace Pickleball Club to participate in a variety of activities, including daily Open Play, clinics, tournaments, socials, and glow-in-the-dark events.This Member Specialist role is what Ace Pickleball Club is all about: delivering on our promise of active hospitality and creating an optimal experience. The Member Specialist must be driven, approachable and detail oriented. This person takes ownership of the Club and Member experience. They inherently place value on knowing people’s names and making friends without trying. They contribute to the community and foster an inclusive environment.*RESPONSIBILITIES*· Take great care of our Members through active hospitality.· Provide genuine, friendly and passionate guest service. They not only satisfy Member requests but also anticipate their needs.· Greet Members and Guests with a warm smile and sincere welcome!· Facilitate games and create a positive playing environment.· Engage with Members by asking about their game experience. Express appreciation by thanking Members for choosing Ace Pickleball Club.· Provide new or replacement equipment as needed.· Scan in Members with a smile and process payments through our POS system.· Maintain our Club to provide the optimal playing experience for all Members.· Work in a team-oriented environment. Our Member Specialists anticipate when others need help and are gladly willing to assist.
