*Position:* Control Center Operator II*Location:* Bloomington, MN*Type*: 6 Months CTH | Rotating ShiftsOperate and monitor renewable energy plants from a 24/7 control center using SCADA systems. Maintain safe, efficient, and compliant operations while minimizing downtime and maximizing performance.*Responsibilities:** Monitor equipment, weather, and electrical output in real time.* Adjust control systems to meet operational requirements.* Perform diagnostics and coordinate maintenance responses.* Execute substation switching and maintain data integrity.* Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and NERC standards.* Lead and guide operators during shifts as needed.*Qualifications:** Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).* 5+ years in power operations or related field; military/maritime experience a plus.* Knowledge of power theory, plant systems, and SCADA operations.* NERC certification preferred or attainable within 12 months.* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.*#ControlCenter #SCADA #NERC #PowerSystems #RenewableEnergy #EnergyJobs #BloomingtonJobs #VeteransWelcome*Job Type: ContractPay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
