*Position Overview:*We are seeking a Product Designer who is responsible for end-to-end design process of innovative toy products, from concept development to production. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and licensors to ensure all designs align with brand standards and customer expectations. Since our founding, we at Hamee US Corp have prided ourselves in being able to introduce Asian pop culture trends via a variety of fun, unique, and creative items to the US market and around the world.*Responsibilities:** Conceptualize and design innovative features for toy products from the ground up* Create detailed designs and style guides in alignment with licensor brand requirements* Assess and manage technical requirements related to toy materials and production methods* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to develop customer-centric products* Monitor product development progress and ensure alignment with design intent and timelines* Prepare and maintain company catalogs, including product concepts, planograms, and line lists* Manage project timelines, ensuring all deadlines and key milestones are met* Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and generate design inspiration*Requirements:** 3+ years of professional experience in graphic or product design, preferably in toy industry* 1+ year of experience using 3D software such as Rhino and KeyShot* Demonstrated expertise in creating control drawings and rendered concept illustrations* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop* Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change* Skilled at translating concept art into market-ready toy products* In-depth understanding of toy manufacturing processes and techniques, especially for squishy materials* Exceptional attention to detail and precision in design execution* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualification:* Interest in Japanese and Korean pop culture* Familiar with Sanrio and anime characterJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time offApplication Question(s):* Will you now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship?* Please share your portfolio * What is your expected pay ? * Which 3D design tools do you have experience using?
