*Overview*We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as AS9100 standards.*Duties** Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.* Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other inspection tools to analyze product dimensions and tolerances.* Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends in product quality and areas for improvement.* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.* Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, non-conformances, and recommendations for improvement.* Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and AS9100 standards.* Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.*Skills** Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices.* Proficiency in using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for precise measurements.* Familiarity with CGMP, FDA regulations, AS9100, and quality management systems.* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting findings clearly.* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.Join us in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes as a Mechanical Inspector.
