3rd shift (11:30PM-8:00AM)Starting Wage (no experience): $16.80 -$18.30/hr plus $1.50/hr attendance incentive ($18.30 - $19.80/hr as long as you work your hours). Raises after 90 days.Vacation after 30 days. Paid Holidays after 60 days.BASIC FUNCTION: Ensuring job is ready for productionMANDATORY: Forklift certificationTRAINING: Authorized Lock-out Tag-out, Overhead Crane PermitLIFTING REQUIREMENT: 50 poundsJOB DUTIES: Technical understanding of Injection Molding ProcessREQUIREMENTS:* Must be 18 to apply. This is do to the requiremnent of having to drive after hours.* Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instruction* Understanding of workplace hazards and record of safe work history* Sets molds in injection molding machines* Prepares machine for installation of new molds* Installs clamping designed molds* Aligns and adjusts molds to obtain relationship* Programming of robots* Operates and adjusts machines until parts produced conform with specification.* Adjusts setups during operation to maintain accurate production* Setup auxiliary equipment so the job is ready to run* Any reasonable requestOTHER: Able to work in a fast-paced environmentREQUIREMENTS: Able to work with little or no supervision.Overtime is requirement of the jobMust be willing to work and/or train on any shift.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.30 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time offEducation:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:* changing molds for Plastic Injection machines: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Preferred)Work Location: In person
