Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.*Production Associate ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: *Include, but not limited, to the following.* Operation of various machines once training is completed* Ability to perform quality control ensuring that all products being made and going out meet Robbins Standards.* Ability to understand and follow LOTO procedures.* Perform a variety of machine operations, cleaning, and assisting with repairs of equipment once training is completed.* Ability to keep a clean and organized work area.* Help on projects when needed.* Ability to use powered hand tools correctly and safely* Ability to work safely and responsibly at all times* Ability to follow all safety protocols at all times once training is completed.* All other duties as assigned*Work Environment*The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs frequently.
