*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a bar tender you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.*Responsibilities** Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.* Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.* Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using Aloha POS or similar systems.* Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.* Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety.*Experience** Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.* Familiarity with restaurant operations, including customer service best practices.* Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.* Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.Join us as we strive to create memorable dining experiences for every guest!Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Health insuranceWork Location: In person
