Great employees = Great Care!Duties include but are not limited to:- Assist with the organizing, planning and implementation of programs and opportunities that promote resident well-being (identity, growth, autonomy, security, connectedness, meaning and joy)- Lead wellness programs that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical and creative expressions- Enthusiastically promote and communicate programs and events to residents and families- Passionately motivate and serve residents of varying cognitive and physical abilitiesSuccessful candidates should enjoy working with the senior population, possess excellent organizational skills, and most importantly - BE FUN! A caring and compassionate demeanor is a must!This position will be required to work some evenings and rotating weekends and holidays; a flexible schedule is a must.Must be at least 18 years old, H.S.
