We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Marijuana Grow Helper. As a grow helper, you will play an essential role in assisting with the cultivation process and ensuring the smooth operation of our cannabis farm. You will work closely with our Master Grower and other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment, monitor plant health, and contribute to the overall success of our operation.*Responsibilities** Assisting with the cultivation process, such as planting, watering, trellis netting, cloning, canopy, topping, setting rooms and feeding plants.* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.* Monitoring plant health and identifying any signs of disease or pests.* Harvesting and trimming plants.* Assisting with the setup and maintenance of equipment and systems used in the growing process.* Following safety protocols and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.* Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discountSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Weekends as neededAbility to commute/relocate:* Pueblo, CO 81004: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)License/Certification:* med badge (Required)Work Location: In person
