```Duties```- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities ,mental illnesses, or those with physical disabilities- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately- Monitor and record vital signs as necessary- Implement and follow individualized care plans- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times- Assist with case management and coordination of services- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents```Requirements```- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illnesses, or physical disabilities preferred- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures- Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations governing direct care services- Basic understanding of case management principles- First aid certification preferred- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs-Complete proper documentation dailyPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.10 - $15.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 48 per weekShift:* 8 hour shiftWork Days:* Weekends as neededAbility to Relocate:* Inkster, MI 48141: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
