*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service in the hospitality industry.*Shifts**Morning/Afternoon*- Hours between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Flexible hours, variable days and weekends. You must be flexible to work any shifts due to business needs.*Afternoon/Evening *- Hours between 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Flexible hours, variable days evenings and weekends. You must be flexible to work any shifts due to business needs.*Duties** Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-maintained.* Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed.* Manage custodial tasks such as dusting furniture, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing supplies.* Assist with industrial cleaning projects as required to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas.* Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.* Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to requests and ensuring their comfort during their stay.* Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly while following all health regulations.*Requirements** Must have 1-2 years of Housekeeping experience.* Must have a valid driver's license to be able to drive company vehicles.* Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred; experience in hospitality settings is a plus.* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.* Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial.* Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.* Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.* Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.Join us in creating a clean and inviting atmosphere that enhances the guest experience!Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.47 - $18.69 per hourExpected hours: 24 – 39 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Employee discountExperience:* Housekeeper: 1 year (Required)Language:* English (Required)Ability to Commute:* Andover, NJ 07821 (Required)Work Location: In person
