The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sushi preparation and a passion for high-quality ingredients.*Responsibilities:** Prepare sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes* Ensure all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station* Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service*Physical Requirements:** Stand and work for 8-hour shifts* Ability to work in fast-paced, high-temperature environments*Required Skills and Experience:** 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef is required* 1 year of experience as a Sushi Chef in fine dining is required* Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation* Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)* Excellent attention to detail and presentation*About Us:*Our restaurant specializes in a fusion of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine.
