*Job Overview*As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and nurturing environment. You will lead a dedicated team, manage resources effectively, and foster a culture of compassion and respect. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing the lives of our residents, particularly those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease, and dementia.*What you’ll do** Oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.* Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents.* Supervise staff across various departments, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.* Manage budgets effectively while ensuring the delivery of high-quality senior care services.* Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless medication administration and health monitoring.* Foster strong relationships with residents and their families to promote a supportive community atmosphere.* Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in memory care and long-term care services.* Engage in community outreach to enhance awareness of our services and build partnerships.*Experience** Proven experience in nursing home administration or similar roles within assisted living or senior care environments.* Strong background in managing operations within long-term care facilities, including budgeting and financial acumen.* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams in healthcare settings.* Familiarity with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.* Knowledge of social work principles as they relate to resident care and support systems.* Experience in home and community care settings is a plus.* A nursing degree or relevant healthcare qualification is preferred.*Why you’ll love it here*We are dedicated to creating an environment where both our residents and employees thrive.
