The ideal candidate demonstrates strong administrative capability, deep respect for the Montessori philosophy, and an ability to lead with clarity, accountability, and professionalism.*Key Responsibilities: ** Oversee daily school operations, staffing, scheduling, and program compliance.* Support and uphold Montessori methodology across all classrooms.* Provide leadership, supervision, and coaching to teaching staff.* Maintain communication with families.* Lead enrollment, admissions, and student placement process.* Ensure adherence to state licensing regulations and internal policies.* Uphold school culture, professional expectations, and child safety standards.* Manage administrative tasks, payroll, and budeting.* Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.* Support strategic growth and long-term development.* Fill in for staff that are unable to attend due to illnesses or family emergencies.*Qualifications: ** Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.* Montessori certification (MACTE, AMS) strongly preferred.* Level 3 or higher on the MTECP registry or working towards.* Leadership or administrative experience in a Montessori or early childhood setting.* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to lead teams with professionalism and accountability.* Understanding of licensing requirements and early childhood best practices.* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.*Compensation and Benefits: ** Annual salary based on experience and qualifications.* Health Insurance for individual included.* Paid school holidays as a salaried employee.*Application Process: *Submit a resume, cover letter, and three professional references.
