Job Title

```Duties:- Provide instruction to students in the absence of the regular teacher- Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment- Implement classroom management strategies to promote student engagement and behavior management- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students- Collaborate with other staff members to support student learning and development- Complete required administrative tasks, such as taking attendance and reporting any incidentsRequirements:- Classroom experience or relevant educational background- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices- Experience working with students of various ages, including infants to preschool-aged children- Ability to work with individuals with autism or other special needs- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment- Childcare or tutoring experience is a plus- Understanding of child development stages and milestonesPlease note that this is a substitute position, which may require availability on short notice.
