Job Description

The Hotel Breakfast Cook/Attendant prepares, seasons and cooks breakfast food for the Timberlake Lodge Hotel guests. Basic cooking knowledge including some light baking. Must be able to multi-task, adaptability, high-energy, positive attitude, great customer service with a focus on guests needs, and a high level of professionalism.Some duties included, but not limited to:* Organization and monitoring of perishable goods* Cost control* Inventory monitoring and adaption to occupancy changes* Inventory ordering based on daily occupancy changes* Creativity in developing new breakfast options* Cleanliness focus* Early morning shifts that start at 5:00a.m.Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discountWork Location: In person
