Your role will be multi-faceted, including the duties as a training Players, Coaching Coaches and working with other DOCs. You will be directly reporting to the Executive Committee (EC) consisting of Club President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer under the guidance of the RYSC Board of Directors.Please note that RYSC is an at-will employer. That means that either you or the RYSC are free to end the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice or cause. This is a full -time, salaried exempt position that is not eligible for overtime, paid in accordance with our standard payroll practices. As customary in the youth soccer profession, you will have ‘busier’ weeks during a season, and ‘slower’ weeks which impact your weekly schedule.Our Compensation does not include other benefits, such as health insurance, or corporate mobile or travel expenses (outside of club approved overnight or out-of-state travel), except to the extent such benefits are legally required (e.g., workers’ compensation insurance coverage, etc.).*Position Summary*Roseville Youth Soccer Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced *Director of Goalkeeping* to lead the development of our club’s goalkeepers across all age groups and competitive levels.
