y On behalf of the RYSC Board of Directors, we hereby would like to formally present our posistion for Director of Goalkeeping. It is a Part Time to full-time position with the club. Your role will be multi-faceted, including the duties as a training Players, Coaching Coaches and working with other DOCs. You will be directly reporting to the Executive Committee (EC) consisting of Club President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer under the guidance of the RYSC Board of Directors.Please note that RYSC is an at-will employer. That means that either you or the RYSC are free to end the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice or cause. This is a full -time, salaried exempt position that is not eligible for overtime, paid in accordance with our standard payroll practices. As customary in the youth soccer profession, you will have ‘busier’ weeks during a season, and ‘slower’ weeks which impact your weekly schedule.Our Compensation does not include other benefits, such as health insurance, or corporate mobile or travel expenses (outside of club approved overnight or out-of-state travel), except to the extent such benefits are legally required (e.g., workers’ compensation insurance coverage, etc.).*Position Summary*Roseville Youth Soccer Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced *Director of Goalkeeping* to lead the development of our club’s goalkeepers across all age groups and competitive levels. The successful candidate will design and implement a goalkeeper curriculum that aligns with our club’s philosophy and ensures a clear pathway for player growth and long-term success.*Responsibilities** Develop and oversee a *comprehensive goalkeeper training program* for all age groups.* Conduct regular goalkeeper training sessions, clinics, and camps.* Provide ongoing *evaluation and feedback* to goalkeepers, including formal assessments during tryouts and mid-season reviews.* Collaborate with team coaches to integrate goalkeeper-specific development into regular team training.* Recruit, train, and mentor goalkeeper coaches to expand the club’s goalkeeper program.* Represent the club in a professional manner at all training sessions, games, and events.* Ensure a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all players.*Qualifications** USSF C Minimum, United Soccer Coaches, or equivalent coaching license (Goalkeeping Diploma preferred).* Minimum 10 years of experience coaching youth goalkeepers.* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.* Proven track record of player development.* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel for games and tournaments.*Reports To** Execuitive Commitee*Compensation** 60-82K: Competitive and commensurate with experience.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $60,000.00 - $82,000.00 per yearExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Professional development assistance* Relocation assistanceAbility to Commute:* Roseville, CA 95747 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Roseville, CA 95747: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
