*Job Description*California Commercial Real Estate Services is seeking a Commercial Property Manager (_with a focus on the Healthcare sector_) with a minimum of 4 years’ experience for a portfolio of *medical office buildings* in California.*Qualifications** 4+ years of experience as a property manager or assistant property manager with an active role in day-to-day property operations.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.* Flexibility to meet the demands of a property management office.* Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.* Familiarity with standard property management procedures, property accounting, and financial reporting procedures.* California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE) salesperson license a plus.* (While not required, a CPM or RPA designation is a plus.)*Responsibilities** Manages day-to-day operations of a portfolio of *outpatient medical office buildings* and providing regular communication to hospital/health system departments.* Proactively monitors facilities, equipment, building energy efficiency, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction.* Arranges for maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property and equipment as specified in management services or lessee's agreement.* Completes Facilities Management tasks and coordinates tenant requests.* Facility rounding for buildings on hospital DNV license; general knowledge and understanding of *licensing requirements*.* Plans and administers annual operating budget and is responsible for achieving financial productivity performance objectives.* In conjunction with accounting, prepares monthly financial statements and variance reports for building ownership.* Coordinates and directs the development of construction projects to verify adherence to specifications.* Prepares lease and rental agreements for lessees and collects specified rents.* Competitively bids and manages 3rd party vendor contracts (security, maintenance, grounds keeping, and janitorial).* Provides support for Hospital client centered goals pertaining to compliance.* Support ancillary hospital departments.California Commercial is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridayEducation:* Bachelor's (Required)Experience:* Commercial Property Management: 4 years (Required)* medical office property management: 4 years (Preferred)License/Certification:* Real Estate License (Preferred)Work Location: In person
