A real machinist who understands how to make parts, is capable of problem solving and troubleshooting, a professional who works in tight tolerances, thinks on his or her feet, has experience working on a variety of different machines and who works well independently.The person with the right stuff will have a love for the trade. We don’t need a production shop button pusher - we need someone who has already done their time at a job shop who can walk in the door and hit the ground running.
