Hardcore Fitness Santa Clarita is a group fitness and personal training gym in Santa Clarita. We run group fitness classes from 4am to 8:15pm on weekdays and 6:45am to noon on weekends. We have a very close-knit community that often participates in additional services from the gym including nutrition coaching, personal training, challenges and community events. We hope to build out a pilates offering for our gym community. We believe there will be significant interest from the existing over 500 member base to utilize pilates from the very start as an alternative to lifting a couple days per week to help improve recovery / mobility and get exposure to a different modality of training. The program will start out with more mat pilates but the goal is to move to reformer-focused pilates in the near-term.We seek an experienced pilates instructor that will be able to create and execute workouts independently. Ideally the instructor is already certified in mat and reformer pilates, has experience teaching pilates classes and in training other staff members in pilates instruction. After hiring an experienced instructor, we can be open to a more junior instructor. For the right candidate, this will be a relatively entrepreneurial opportunity to get in at the ground floor on building a new product offering for our brand which currently has over 20 other locations.Job Type: Part-timePay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hourWork Location: In person
