Work in the outdoor industry for a small, family run, fishing tackle manufacturer that has been in business for nearly 100 years. Our products are considered the gold standard of the industry, so our employees must have a good work ethic and attention to detail. We will train the right candidate on our unique custom machines.*Responsibilities Include:** CNC Wire forming machine programming* CNC Swiss Machine (Lathe) programming* Operate and maintain production machines. Machines make small parts with precision requirements in the range of .001 to .003 inches* 4 and 6 slide machine tooling, coining machines, punch presses, and spring forming machines.* Make and repair tooling on production machines in our fully equipped machine shop.
