*Overview*We’re looking for a caring, creative, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team! This role is all about helping children (ages 3–5) grow socially, emotionally, and academically so they are ready to thrive in kindergarten. If you have a love for children, a patient spirit, and a passion for early learning, we’d love to meet you.*What You’ll Do** Create engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities using storytelling, music, play, and interactive media.* Support children in building confidence, social skills, and self-regulation.* Foster positive peer interactions and help children learn problem-solving and conflict resolution.* Guide children in exploring creativity through art, music, and practical life skills.* Organize daily routines including snacks, rest time, and transitions.* Track and document developmental progress and share updates with families.* Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to support each child’s growth.* Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain a supportive, fun, and safe classroom environment.* Ensure a clean, organized, and health-compliant classroom space.*What You Bring** Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar role.* Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.* Understanding of safety, sanitation, and licensing standards.* Strong communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to guide children through challenges with calmness and patience.* A collaborative mindset and a positive, reliable attitude.* Meet the State of California qualifications for a Preschool Teacher (ECE units or equivalent).*Our Goal*To nurture curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning—helping each child build a strong foundation for their next stage of education.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
