About the Role:As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building rapport to enhance their dining experience. In addition to mixing drinks, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar area, as well as managing inventory and supplies. Ultimately, your goal is to contribute to a memorable dining experience that encourages guests to return.Minimum Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years of age.Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in bartending or mixology.Experience in fine dining establishments.Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.Engage with guests to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.Open and close dining room according to predetermined process.Use of Toast POS SystemMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation practices.Skills:The required skills of bartending and working in a fast-paced environment are essential for managing multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Your ability to perform repetitive motions will be crucial as you mix, shake, and serve drinks throughout your shift.
