Job Description

The Manager of Home and Community Based Waiver Services (Manager of HCBW Services) shall preferably have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree an accredited four-year institution of higher learning with a specialization in psychology, behavioral health, social work, special education, counseling, rehabilitation, nursing or a closely related field and a minimum of five years of experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental illness and at least five years’ experience in leadership, supervision and administrative areas is required.The Manager of HCBW Services must obtain and maintain the College of Direct Support certification as well as the Frontline Supervisor certification. The Manager of HCBW Services shall be medically cleared and fit tested for an N95 respirator and shall maintain required vaccinations and immunizations.
