*About Us*Aphrodite Aesthetics & Wellness is Northern Arizona’s premier medical spa for advanced aesthetics, laser resurfacing, hormone optimization, medically managed weight loss, and peptide therapy.We are a high-demand, rapidly growing clinic committed to exceptional results, elevated client experience, and the safest, most advanced treatment protocols.We are looking for a *Certified Laser Technician and/or Licensed Aesthetician* who excels in treatments, patient care, and results-driven service.*Position Overview*We are hiring a *skilled and confident Laser Technician/Aesthetician* with experience performing medical-grade facial treatments and laser procedures.This role is *in-office only* — candidates must live in or near *Prescott, AZ*, or be willing to commute.You will be responsible for performing a wide range of laser services and aesthetic treatments while delivering a luxury-level patient experience and supporting our clinical team.*Responsibilities*You will perform or assist with the following:*Laser & Energy-Based Treatments** CO₂ laser skin resurfacing (experience preferred but training available)* IPL/photofacial treatments* Laser hair removal* Skin tightening or RF-based procedures* Body contouring / skin rejuvenation treatments* Pre- and post-treatment patient care*Aesthetic & Skincare Treatments** Customized medical-grade facials* Chemical peels* Dermaplaning* Hydration/oxygen/enzyme-based treatments* Acne and pigmentation protocols* Skincare consultations + product recommendations*Patient Care & Clinic Support** Conduct thorough consultations and set proper expectations* Take high-quality before/after photos* Maintain accurate charting and treatment documentation* Prepare rooms and maintain treatment equipment* Support clinical staff during events, promotions, and patient education*Requirements** Certified Laser Technician (required)* Arizona Aesthetician license (preferred but not required if laser certified)* Minimum *1 year of laser or aesthetic treatment experience** Strong understanding of skin types, skin conditions, and treatment contraindications* Confident with safety protocols and patient education* Excellent communication and bedside professionalism* *Must live near Prescott, AZ* or commute reliably* Experience with CO₂ lasers, IPL, or RF-based devices *is a major plus**Schedule & Structure** Flexible part-time or full-time hours* Consistent patient volume* Opportunities to assist with events, open houses, and marketing content* Potential to grow into senior aesthetic lead or trainer with performance*Compensation** Competitive hourly pay *+ commission or productivity bonuses** Discounted services & products* Paid training on new devices and protocols* High-growth environment with mentorship and advancement potential*How to Apply*Submit your resume through Indeed or email directly to:**If available, please include any certificates, before/after photos, or a brief portfolio of treatments performed.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Professional development assistance* Referral programWork Location: In person
