The Director and Head Teacher is responsible for guiding the team of teachers, continuing their deeper understanding and skill in the Montessori teaching method, assuring that we are staffed appropriately, insuring that we meet licensing regulations for health, safety and supervision at all times, Determining the curriculum and annual calendar of events, communicating with parents and maintaining children's files as required by licensing.
