We are professional, supportive, rewarding and our goal is to uplift beauty professionals to provide above average service .Our work environment includes:* Growth opportunities* On-the-job training* Flexible working hoursPixie Meadow Beauty is looking for a full-time or part-time Nail Technician to join our team!We are a small, family-owned salon in Bullhead City, AZ that specializes in brow waxing, lash extensions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty and wants to grow with the company.*Responsibilities** Provide high-quality service by keeping up to date with new products and techniques* Learn new techniques by observing and asking questions from our Lash Technicians* Maintain cleanliness of the salon including the bathroom, blow dry station, and other areas* Keep up to date with trends in eyelash extensions and brow waxing* Greet customers upon arrival with a warm smile and offer an immediate welcome to the salon* Ensure clients are treated with kindness, courtesy, and respect* Keep up-to-date on new products and techniques through our Beauty Manager* Perform all tasks within the scope of your license while adhering to OSHA safety regulations* Perform other duties as assigned by management or management.*Skills** Ability to perform a thorough background check and drug test on candidates. We do not sell drugs but we do require that our employees have a clean record and be drug free. We also require that they have their own reliable transportation as we are located in a very remote area.* Excellent customer service skills. We are very busy but you can feel good about coming in for your appointment as we do not pressure our clients. We provide beautiful brows so they feel beautiful!* Ability to communicate clearly with others - this includes answering questions from customers, coworkers, managers, etc.* Ability to multi-task and be organized enough to get you through your work day. This includes waxing eyebrows, waxing eyelashes, applying tint, answering phones, taking payments, etc.* Ability to work well within a team as you will be interacting with all our clients at least once an hour.
