Oakland Park Communities, at 123 Baken Street, Thief River Falls, MN 56701, a 35-bed skilled nursing facility, is currently accepting applications for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. We would love to learn more about you!*Qualifications Include:* A four-year degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Health, Public Health Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a similar or related field as well as a Current Active License as a Nursing Home Administrator, both State and Federal, or the ability to obtain these licenses within 6-12 months will be considered.*Responsibilities include*: Manages the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the nursing home. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. Communicates effectively with all departments and managers within the nursing home and incorporates a team approach with all. Responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, rewarding, disciplining employees, performance reviews and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
