*Job Title: Mitigation Project Manager **Department: Operations **Reports to: Mitigation Manager *Payscale: $22.50 to 30.00 DOE + Benefits, Vacation, IRA*Position Overview *Reporting to the Mitigation Manager, the Mitigation Project Manager supports the Mitigation Manager in all aspects of job management and water mitigation technician management. The Project Manager also ensures emergency response and restoration projects meets the needs of the customer’s as well as the insurance companies’ adjusters. The Project Manager will also ensure all work performed on water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses will follow all IICRC Standards.*Job Duties *● Work on job sites providing the following services- Supervision of mitigation technicians- Ensure the use of Encircle and QuickBooks time appropriately- Training Technicians as needed to ensure proper company standards are being followed­- Equipment training as needed- Setting Scope of work for technicians- Following up with customers and providing customers daily updates- Provide amazing customer service internally and externally*● Participate as directed in the following activities: *- Vehicle safety and maintenance inspections- Ensure vehicle is cleaned and restocked at end of shift- Maintaining equipment● Will practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite● Provide excellent customer service● Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines● Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information● Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment● Comply with all Restoration 1 policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements● Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person● This role could be required to act as a “lead” periodically as designated by their manager● Attend all Restoration 1 sponsored training courses*Qualifications*● IICRC certification for Water Restoration Technician (WRT) required● IICRC certification for Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) an asset● 2+ years industry related experience, Construction / Restoration / Insurance preferred● Familiarity with chemical products including use, disposal, and Safety Data Sheets● Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles, and practices● Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per Restoration 1’s vehicle policy● Ability to work within a team or independently as needed● Strong written and verbal communication skills● Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment● Basic computer and/or Tablet / iPad experience● Willing to work evenings, on call and weekends when requested● Periodic travel may be required ● Criminal Record Check Physical Demands● Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 35-65% of the time)● Occasional lifting from 41 lbs +, assisted (up to 50% of the time)● Access and mobility in tight spaces● Fit Testing – half and full-face mask as needed; annual certification required● Working at Heights - over 5 feet, periodically● Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneelingDisclaimer The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
