Elite Medspa + Wellness Center is expanding its Aesthetic and Functional Wellness Programs and is actively seeking a highly skilled Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This advanced clinical role blends aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and integrative/functional wellness, offering a unique opportunity for a driven, patient-centered practitioner to grow with an expanding, luxury medical spa practice.*Position: RN, NP or PA **ABOUT THE ROLE:*This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented practitioner who loves aesthetics _and_ has a passion for functional medicine. You’ll assist our Medical Director during procedures, perform aesthetic and wellness treatments, guide patients through advanced care plans, and help grow your own patient base within the practice.You’ll play a central role in developing and expanding our Functional Wellness Program along with the Medical Director, including lab coordination, Elite Fit Weight loss program, hormone management, IV therapy, and long-term wellness support.*KEY REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:**Aesthetics/Injectables:** *REQUIRED: Minimum two (2) years exp in injectables*, with the ability to perform injectables, and PRP/PRF procedures such as neurotoxin, HA fillers, biostimulators, PRP/EZGel injections* Experience with, or willingness to train on sexual wellness procedures: O-shot, Priapus shot* Assist the Medical Director during procedures as needed.* Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic goals, medical history, and expectations* Educate clients on treatment options, procedures, post-treatment care, and potential outcomes to foster informed decision-making* Maintain meticulous documentation of treatments performed, including client records and consent forms using med spa management software* Perform follow-up visits, and patient management and reach out* Promote retail sales of skincare products, aesthetic services and treatment packages through upselling techniques*Functional Wellness & Integrative Medicine Duties** Previous IV experience is a must - ER/PACU experience preferred, or history of working in an IV therapy practice in order to administer IV nutrient therapy, supportive injections (B12, MIC, Glutathione)* Track IV inventory, expiration dates, lot numbers, and documentation in EMR.* Working with Dr. Lieman on patient management for HRT program: phlebotomy, follow up care, patient and prescription management* Spearhead our Elite Fit Weight loss program: phlebotomy, patient injections and management, on-going assistance in their weight loss journey* Perform phlebotomy, manage lab tracking, processing, shipment, and follow-up on pending reports.* Prepare charts for consults, summarize lab trends, and organize supplement/medication lists.* Provide education on nutrition, supplements, protocol adherence, lifestyle, and stress management, upon direction from Dr. Lieman* Assist patients with supplement guidance and ordering or in-office inventory.* Manage patient follow-up communications, medication refills, and pharmacy coordination*Program Growth & Internal Collaboration** Help refine internal processes, SOPs, and patient workflows.* Participate in training for advanced protocols in regenerative medicine as our Functional Wellness Program evolves (may include hormone pellets, Ozone Therapy, peptides, etc).* Attend staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.* Assist front desk operations when/if needed (phone support, scheduling, check-out).* Promote retail skincare and in-office services to support patient outcomes.* Build long-term patient relationships and contribute to program expansion.* Support social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos, client testimonials, and promotional content to grow the spa’s online presence as well as an individual social media page* Collaborate with team members across disciplines including management, estheticians, and front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences*QUALIFICATIONS:** Required: Active Massachusetts RN, NP or PA license* Experience an aesthetic injector in a medical, medspa or surgical office (minimum two years preferred).* Strong communication skills and a patient-centered care philosophy.* Comfortable recommending aesthetic treatments and skincare products.* Experience with IV therapy, phlebotomy, or functional wellness preferred (training provided).* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.* Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.* Ability to work independently, think critically, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical setting.* Familiarity with EMR systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and lab portals preferred.* Willingness to learn advanced procedures and participate in ongoing training.*WHY JOIN ELITE MEDSPA + WELLNESS CENTER?** Work alongside a respected Medical Director and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, led by Dr. Joelle Lieman, MD.
