*Job Overview*We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle operation and maintenance, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English.*Duties** Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans and buses, to transport passengers according to scheduled routes.* Ensure timely departures and arrivals at designated stops while adhering to traffic regulations.* Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their safety at all times.* Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle vehicle, performing routine inspections and minor mechanical maintenance as needed.* Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding transportation services.* Keep accurate records of passenger counts and vehicle mileage for reporting purposes.* Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to optimize routing and scheduling efficiency.*Requirements** Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in school bus driving or motor coach operation is preferred.* Valid CDL* Previous experience as a shuttle driver, van driver, or delivery drive* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.* Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.* A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring passenger safety at all times.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryPay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Referral programShift:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Morning shiftWork Days:* Holidays* Weekends as neededAbility to Commute:* Warm Springs, OR 97761 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Warm Springs, OR 97761: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
