*Pilates Instructor*Aya Pilates is a vibrant and upscale boutique reformer Pilates studio committed to providing an exceptional and immersive reformer Pilates experience to our clients. Our studio focuses on building confidence and power in a welcoming atmosphere that promotes health and well-being with a focus on community.Aya Pilates is seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team. At Aya Pilates, our instructors have a deep passion for Pilates and set the tone, vibe and energy of the studio alongside the lead instructor and the general manager. They will have strong interpersonal skills to be able to connect with clients. Our instructors are committed to Aya’s vision and values and excel in group and private reformer/mat pilates instruction.*Responsibilities and Qualifications:** 400+ hour comprehensive Pilates education (Minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard)* At least 2 years experience teaching Pilates* Capable of providing a class experience based on Aya vision and values.* Great attitude and someone who truly cares about members* Comfortable teaching 12 people on a reformer* Comfortable with private lessons* Clear, effective and professional communication skills* Stays up to date on latest pilates trends and can disseminate those learnings to other teachers at the studio* Ability to both take and receive feedback* Safety is the number one priority - must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment during each class, specifically, hand weights, Chair, Reformer, Magic Circle, Glide Discs and other equipment* Miscellaneous ad-hoc duties*Benefits::** Employee Status* 401k Matching* Complimentary Membership* Studio Retail Discount* Flexible block scheduling and shifts* Professional Career Development* Referral Bonus* Private Bonus* Sick DaysAya Pilates is an equal opportunity employer.
