Your schedule will be determined by our workload. Some days may be longer shifts and some shorter. We operate 7 days a week. We currently need help Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2pm until 10pm.*Responsibilities*- Learn to operate the inserting machine and labeling machine- You may stack newspapers as they come off of press, do inserting, or operate mailing equipment, straighten/jog the bundle to make it neat and then put it on a skid, cart or other - container. It may involve strapping the bundle and shrink wrapping skids.- Learn to set up the equipment and make adjustments.- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment- Handle materials efficiently and safely, following all guidelines and procedures*Qualifications*- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with machines a plus- Ability to handle materials with care and precision, following safety protocols- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to productionJob Type: Part-timePay: $10.70 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matchingWork Location: In person
