JOB DESCRIPTIONOmaha All Star Cheer gym is looking to hire an experienced tumbling instructor to lead advanced classes and oversee and manage the day to day systems and operations in the tumbling program.To be a successful hire, you will need to have experience in all levels of tumbling instruction, Team Management, simple administrative duties, and be highly proficient in time management and completing tasks. Must be self-motivated. Someone who enjoys researching, collecting and keeping up with industry standards in tumbling, and has a Type "A" personality would excel in this role! Experience with social media and current trends is preferred. Must have a positive attitude, high moral character, and display positivity and other values that are in line with our current gym culture.Pay is based on experience.Gym Director Duties Include but are not limited to:* Collaborate regularly with Gym Owner and tumbling staff to maintain cohesive goals and initiatives within the tumbling program.* Provide support to all tumbling instructors and staff* Help create recreational class, team, and rental floor plans and schedules.* Manage and promote tumbling camps/clinics.* Plan social media campaigns in accordance with tumbling events, collaborate with our social media manager.* Maintain and provide regular private lessonsGym Director Requirements:* Excellent Communication skills, Open minded and able to work well and collaborate with others.* Tumbling philosophy and progressions that are up to date with industry standards and cohesive with current gym's approach.* Willing to attend and likely travel to continuing education, seminars, and conferences to stay current on new practices and standards in tumbling progressions, drills, and safety.* Professional and positive demeanor with athletes, families, and staff.* Experience in Gymnastics, Tumbling, and/or All Star Cheerleading required.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible scheduleAbility to Commute:* La Vista, NE 68128 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* La Vista, NE 68128: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
