*Advanced Esthetician Instructor (Cosmetic Lasers) — Reno, NV*We are seeking an *Advanced Esthetician Instructor* with strong knowledge and experience in *cosmetic lasers* to teach and mentor students in our *Advanced Esthetician Student. * If you’re passionate about education, safety, and helping future professionals build confidence and real-world skills, we’d love to hear from you.*Location:* Reno, NV*Job Type:* Full-time or Part-timeResponsibilities* Teach advanced esthetics curriculum with an emphasis on *laser theory and safety** Provide classroom instruction and supervise hands-on training in a professional learning environment* Coach and mentor students to develop strong technique, professionalism, and client readiness* Evaluate student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback* Maintain accurate student records and required documentation* Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and program policies* Collaborate with staff to support student success and program outcomesRequirements* *Nevada Advanced Esthetician license* (required)* *Knowledge and experience with cosmetic lasers* (required)* Strong communication and leadership skills* Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented* Comfortable teaching groups and working one-on-one with students* Commitment to safety, consistency, and student developmentPreferred Qualifications* Prior teaching, training, coaching, or mentorship experience* Experience in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting* Familiarity with lesson planning, skills check-offs, and student evaluationsTraining ProvidedWe will train you in our *Advanced Esthetician Student Teaching Program*, including:* Curriculum and instructional methods* Classroom management and coaching expectations* Documentation, evaluations, and program policiesHow to ApplySubmit your resume and proof of licensure.
