We specialize in high-end, collectible, and performance vehicles—and we require a team that upholds those elite standards.*Role Summary:*Park Place LTD is seeking an experienced *Master Upholstery Technician / Journeyman* to join our restoration and customization team. This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for a seasoned craftsman with *10+ years of hands-on experience in automotive upholstery*, ideally with a background in luxury, classic, or custom vehicles.The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and approaches every project with precision and artistry. You will be responsible for complete interior restoration, repair, and custom upholstery work to the highest standards of quality. *Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.**Key Responsibilities:** Perform complete upholstery restoration and custom interior work on luxury, classic, and exotic vehicles.* Disassemble and reassemble vehicle interiors including seats, panels, headliners, and trim components.* Fabricate, cut, and fit materials such as leather, Alcantara, vinyl, and specialty fabrics to factory or custom specifications.* Shape and rebuild foam structures to ensure proper form, comfort, and contour.* Repair or replicate original factory stitching, seams, and detailing with exceptional accuracy.* Collaborate with the restoration and service teams to meet project timelines and quality expectations.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while managing tools and materials effectively.* Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentice or entry-level upholstery technicians when needed.*Qualifications:** Minimum *5-10 years of professional experience* in automotive upholstery, restoration, or related craftsmanship.* Proven mastery in pattern making, sewing, trimming, and installation of fine materials.* High attention to detail, quality, and precision craftsmanship.* Strong problem-solving ability and creative approach to complex restoration challenges.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.* Experience with luxury, exotic, or collectible vehicles strongly preferred.* Valid driver’s license required.*Working Conditions:** Full-time position in a professional restoration workshop environment.* May require lifting or moving heavy materials or tools.* Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.*Compensation:*Competitive hourly rate *commensurate with experience*. The listed $70k-$85k salary range represents base + commission of a standard year.
