*Job Summary*We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and machining processes, with the ability to operate CNC lathes and milling machines. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality components that meet stringent specifications.*Responsibilities** Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes and milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.* Utilize CNC programming skills to create and modify programs for efficient machining operations.* Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions.* Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.*Qualifications** Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong mechanical knowledge base.* Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., Fanuc)..* Strong basic math skills for calculations related to machining processes.* Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and effectively.* Knowledge of welding techniques is advantageous but not required.* Previous experience in assembly processes is beneficial.* Understanding of tooling requirements for various machining operations is essential.
