We are currently seeking an experienced *Machinist* to join our growing team.*Job Responsibilities:** Read and interpret engineered drawings and blueprints to machine parts to detailed specifications and tight tolerances.* Program, Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills to produce precision parts.* Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality control.* Work with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics, to meet customer requirements.* Troubleshoot and adjust machining processes to maintain accuracy and efficiency.* Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve machining processes.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.*Qualifications:** *CNC mill experience is required* – must be comfortable with setup, operation, and troubleshooting.* Ability to read and understand *engineered drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).** Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision machining.* *Mazatrol/Conversational Programming experience is a plus*, but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a job shop environment.
