Do you love having fun ?Do you love having flexibility in your job?If yes is the answer to the above question than Stepping Stone’s Childcare Center INC is the place for you!Stepping Stones Child Care Center, Inc is seeking an immediate full time lead teacher / Assistant teacher to oversee daily classroom activities in our toddler room and Preschool 1 class room(1-2 1/2)year oldPosition requires developing classroom curriculums and creative learning activities for children, ensuring safety of children at all times, and developing report and open communication with families as well as overseeing and guiding assistant teachers.Specific requirements of the position include:* High School Diploma or GED* One year experience in similar environment required* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively* A positive attitude and team player* Must be at least 18 years of age as required by State of Maine childcare regulations* Position is full time with a shift between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm.* We have two options for shifts 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm with hour breakwould you love to have 40 hours of sick leave a year!PTOWould you love to have 40 hours paid vacation!After one year of employmentWould you love an extra money free , with the state of Maine Wage Program for Childcare.(amount varies depending on level )Would you love to get paid for ALL closed days!
