*Join Our Team!*Custom Coach of New England is seeking a skilled and reliable *Motorcoach Technician* to join our maintenance team. If you have experience in heavy-duty trucks or bus repair, we want to hear from you — experience in our industry is preferred but not necessarily required.*What You’ll Do:** Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on our fleet of motorcoaches Prevost, Vanhool and Temsa* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues* Ensure all vehicles meet safety and operational standards* Maintain a high level of safety and quality in every job* Test drive motorcoaches after repairs or for diagnostic purposes* Document maintenance on fleet software*Qualifications:** Experience in heavy-duty truck or bus repair is preferred* Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude* Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record* CDL A or B with air brakes and passenger endorsement is preferred* Willing to get CDL if not already licensed* State Inspection License preferred*We Offer:** Competitive hourly wage based on experience and work history* Opportunities for career growth and skill development* A supportive work environment dedicated to maintaining a safe and efficient fleet*Join us and play a vital role in delivering safe, reliable transportation.*Job Type: Full-timeProjected Total Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement planAbility to Commute:* Gorham, ME 04038 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Gorham, ME 04038: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
