Qualifications* Self-driven, empathetic people-person with strong relationship-building skills* Confident communicator with polished phone etiquette, solid writing ability, and fast/accurate typing* *At least 2 years of experience* selling guitars and/or musical instruments* *Gear enthusiasts:* you genuinely enjoy talking specs, features, and tech with other music lovers* *Musicians welcome:* performers and songwriters who want to build a long-term career in the music industryResponsibilities* Serve as a trusted gear advisor for customers *in-store, online, and by phone** Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive outreach* Manage a personal book of business—becoming the go-to expert for your customers’ music and audio needs* Make *80–100 outbound calls per day* to nurture relationships, recommend products, and support purchases* Provide professional guidance on musical instruments and pro audio gear, with a strong focus on *guitars** Educate customers across categories—tone, amps, pedals, recording, live sound, and more* Partner with our Product Support team to resolve issues, troubleshoot gear concerns, and ensure a great experience* Join brand trainings, office hours, and product meetings to stay current on new releases and featuresWhat a Great Liberty Music Inc.
