If so, we’d love for you to join our award-winning team at Habit Med Spa and Facial Bar.We are seeking an *Master Esthetician* who is licensed, highly skilled, and confident in delivering both advanced medical esthetic procedures and spa services. Our ideal candidate already has experience and certifications in Hydrafacial, Aerolase Laser, Microneedling, and Nanoneedling, and is passionate about providing exceptional client care.Our top priority is finding a provider who is highly competent and ready to perform advanced esthetic treatments and spa services.*Responsibilities** Deliver over-the-top facials and clinical treatments that provide visible results and leave clients so relaxed they could or would fall asleep on your table.* Provide a gold standard level of customer service to clients both in and out of the treatment room, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.* Perform advanced treatments including Hydrafacial, non-ablative laser services, microneedling, nanoneedling, and custom spa facials.* (Optional) Provide brow shaping, lamination, lash lifts/tints, and body waxing services.* Design personalized skincare routines for clients based on their unique skin type, condition, and long-term goals, using both in-house treatments and professional product lines.* Consult with clients to understand their skin concerns, goals, and preferences, tailoring treatment plans for results.* Keep client files up to date and be proficient in SOAP notes, written treatment plans, before-and-after photos, and recommendations.* Maintain the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and compliance with state and spa protocols.* Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend at-home skincare regimens.* Stay current with the latest esthetic technologies, protocols, and treatment trends.* Collaborate with the Director of Esthetics and team members to deliver exceptional client experiences.*Experience & Qualifications** Current *Master Esthetician License* (required).* Hydrafacial and laser certifications strongly preferred (ready-to-work candidates prioritized).* 2+ years of experience in a med spa, dermatology, or advanced esthetics setting preferred.* Strong proficiency in advanced esthetic services (microneedling, peels, dermaplaning, facials, etc.).* Product knowledge and hands-on experience with professional skincare brands: iS Clinical, Skinbetter Science, Face Reality, Glymed+, Anfisa* Excellent communication and consultation skills with a passion for helping clients achieve their skin goals.* Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a positive work culture.*What We Offer** Competitive compensation (base pay + commission and bonuses + gratuities).* Established client base eager for advanced esthetic treatments.* Access to cutting-edge technology and high-quality products.* A supportive, collaborative team environment.* Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education.* Beautiful, professional spa setting with a reputation for excellence.*How to Apply*Please submit your resume, certifications, and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience with advanced esthetic treatments and your passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
