*_Job Function_*Support FTL as a manufacturing equipment operator, performing all production activities. Run all production equipment and perform production support activities*_Typical Product, Processes Methods and Characteristics Involved_*Melting and casting of molten metal and machining cast iron liners. Involves work requiring a wide degree of skill and above average job knowledge due to the variety of work.*_Machines and Equipment Used_*Casting machine, shot blast machinery, cutting machines, automatic loader, Fanuc robotics, CNC lathe, automated gaging, air leak tester, and component oiler.*_Tools and Gages Used_*Commonly used metric hand gaging, metric scales, automated gaging, and specialized tooling used on the various operations in the molding line and machining line.*_Accuracy Requirements and Difficulty Meeting Them_*Must know and meet all accuracy requirements on the product and be able to meet these requirements by using the proper tooling and gaging*_Source of Methods Authority_*Written and verbal instructions from supervisors, engineers, and managers. Detailed drawings, specifications, and layouts.*_Major Job Duties and Procedures_** Setup, operate, and maintain tooling for the Casting Line Equipment.* Setup, operate, and maintain tooling for the Cutoff Machines.* Setup, operate, and maintain Automatic Loaders.* Setup, operate, and maintain tooling for the Automated CNC line* Setup, operate and maintain machining line equipment* Perform all production support activities including but not limited to;* Production reporting* Inspection* Packaging* Shipping* Material handling* Assist in Preventive Maintenance* _Adhere to and participate in all EHS requirements as applicable_.*_Most Significant Related Duties_*Perform any other duties assigned by supervision.The above description covers the most significant duties performed, but does not exclude other occasional work assignments, the inclusion of which would be in conformity with the factor degrees assigned on this job.Pay: From $25.33 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekWork Location: In person
