This position involves setting up machines, measuring and validating programs, and operating machine tools to perform precise, repetitive machining tasks within strict tolerances. You will actively contribute to and help meet the strategic goals set by yourself, the facility, and Danfoss. The pay range for this role is $22.22 to $31.12 per hour, depending on experience and education. Multiple shifts are currently available. We pride ourselves on growing our human potential and encouraging career growth within our facilities.What You’ll Be DoingSet up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) according to production requirements.Load raw materials into the machine and initiate the machining process.Monitor the machine operations to detect malfunctions or errors.Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify product dimensions.What We're Looking ForHigh School Degree / GEDBasic math skills (measurement conversion, addition/subtraction, decimals/fractions)Gauging concepts and techniques (calipers, high gages, micrometers, profilometer, roundness gauges, plug gages, air gages, dial depth gages, etc.)At least two (2) years’ experience operating manual, NC, and/or CNC machine tools with experience in jobs setups requiring tooling and fixturing changes.What You'll Get from UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
