*Job Overview:*We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive *Workplace Lease Coordinator* to support Corporate Real Estate operations within a fast-paced, global entertainment organization. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day lease operations, maintaining accurate lease documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, brokers, and operations teams.The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable navigating lease language, financial terms, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with commercial or corporate real estate portfolios and lease administration systems is strongly preferred.*Key Responsibilities:** Track and update lease transactions, documentation, and critical dates* Support lease execution, filing, and accurate recordkeeping* Audit lease terms, rent schedules, and CAM/Opex charges to ensure accuracy* Assist with financial and operational reviews, including utility and sustainability data* Respond to lease-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners* Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation in Google Sheets, Docs, and shared drives* Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed*Qualifications & Skills:** 3+ years of experience in lease administration, corporate real estate, or commercial property operations* Strong understanding of lease terms, financial concepts, and rent calculations* Experience with lease administration or property management systems (CoStar, Sequentra, TRIRIGA, etc.)* Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills* Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent tasks, and communicate proactively* Comfortable collaborating with finance, legal, operations, and brokerage teamsJob Type: ContractPay: $39.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
