Job DescriptionFortune 5 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Manager in Finance to join our dynamic team. As a Manager you will be responsible for driving financial best practices within the PBM Finance area supporting the Volume team. You will ensure effective support of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning functions to drive the quality and integrity of the P&L. This position will have 3 direct reports, two Analysts and a Senior Analyst.Key Responsibilites:- Managing the PBM Volume Budget and Planning cycle, Forecasting, Reporting on Actuals, and leading the Monthly close process- Evaluate, analyze, and present financial information relative to plans and goals, benchmarks, and other data to management- Provide forecasting estimates to assist in future budgeting and resource requirements- Lead a team of three (3); help them with knowledge and help them to grow in their positions and within the company.Required Qualifications- 5 or more years of financial experience including business planning, accounting, and/or financial analysis - 3 or more years of analytical and modeling experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
