Job DescriptionThe ServiceNow Engineering Lead will manage a diverse team of ServiceNow engineers in the delivery of a strategic enterprise service management platform supporting ITSM, ITBM & ITOM processes. Responsibilities:- Lead engineering team in both the configuration of ServiceNow and development of customizations and integrations- Participate in projects associated with the platforms, liaising with appropriate business units as well as associated vendors- Level 3 escalation support to Platform Operations team, as needed- Develop processes and standards for creating and maintaining software documentation, including test cases, Peer reviewing code and configuration.- Ensure design/development practices align to architectural principles of ServiceNow and CVS- Provide oversight across development and delivery teams, addressing design issues to deliver quality solutions - Remain current on ServiceNow platform capabilities and product roadmapRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, development and architecture, with diverse hands-on work experience designing, scripting, and coding3+ years leading application development teamsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
