Job DescriptionThe ServiceNow Platform Architect will be a key member of the CVS Service Management Office. The role will leverage a broad expertise across the platform to provide technical leadership to the SMO Platform Support Team. Responsibilities:- Ensure platform alignment to business strategy and governance decisions- Work with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing business needs and defining technical solutions- Provide architectural controls and security requirements to ensure the correct technical solutions are leveraged in the delivery of business solutions- Participate in the delivery of ServiceNow based projects, liaising with appropriate business units as well as associated vendors- Document the platform and helps analyze impacts of new requirements - Create and maintain detailed view of existing architecture- Contribute to the creation of product and capability roadmaps- Identify opportunities to continuously leverage the ServiceNow platform- L3 escalation point of contact to Platform Support TeamRequired Qualifications- 7+ Years of ServiceNow Platform Experience with an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. Please note that in some states and roles, you may be required to provide proof of full vaccination or an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work.Preferred Qualifications- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow glide layer and wrappers build on top of it.- 10+ years of experience in application development - 5+ Years of experience designing, implementing, and managing advanced architectures in an application domain or platform- Excellent understanding of the architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.- Working experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/SASS, REST web services, and responsive web design.- Working knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL.- Strong understanding of JVM architecture, Infrastructure layer, and Networking concepts.- Ability to document roadmaps with functional design elements to achieve desired offering, solution, application, or any other outcome.- Strong facilitation skills, to encourage clear articulation of the business issues and effective solution designEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
